Dear Parents,
Thank you for taking a few moments to consider St. Theresa Academy. St. Theresa Academy is a parochial Catholic school within the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. The members of St. Theresa Catholic Church have worked very diligently to start the Academy, and, with great excitement and expectation, we look forward to the start of the 2008-09 academic year.
During its first year of operation, St. Theresa Academy will offer a Pre-K 4 & Kindergarten education, but we fully intend to add an additional grade every subsequent year until we develop a complete pre-kindergarten thru eighth grade program.
As a Classical Catholic School, St Theresa Academy is governed by a distinctive academic philosophy calculated and proven to engender success. Our distinctiveness should become apparent as you review the contents of this website. The FAQ link will certainly prove helpful in answering many of your basic questions, but for a more in depth perspective, please read through the various articles I have published concerning the nature of Classical Catholic education. These articles can be found in the “About Us” section of this website. I would also like to invite you to attend one of the various Open House events that we have scheduled through the year.
